OBITUARY

Darlene R. Theophilus, age 77, of Mount Vernon, passed away January 8, 2021 at Doctors Hospital in Columbus. She was born April 24, 1943 in Louisville, KY to Ray and Mary (Kincade) Ward.

So sorry to hear about Darlene! This crazy virus took my mother as well! Darlene always sat in front of us at church & she was always so nice💕Just found out her sister Chris her sister was a teacher & Don & I knew her also as well! 🙏are coming your way to all the family May God Bless

Darlene was a hard and caring worker with the residents and fellow staff at MVDC.  Although I worked in Food Service, I had many inter-actions with her while there.
I also always admired her dedication to the cared Cross in Knox County.
Thoughts and prayers with her family during this sad time and in the days ahead.
