Robert Thomas Scott,65,of Mount Vernon died suddenly Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 in his home.

He was a devoted husband of 44 years and a loving father and grandfather. Bob spent his childhood in Mount Holly, New Jersey with his father Manuel Scott, a World War II veteran, and his mother Rosa, a native of Germany. After graduating from Rancocas Valley Regional High School he left home to attend college in Columbus,Ohio.

Robert Thomas Scott,65,of Mount Vernon died suddenly Tuesday, January 19th, 2021 in his home.

He was a devoted husband of 44 years and a loving father and grandfather. Bob spent his childhood in Mount Holly, New Jersey with his father Manuel Scott, a World War II veteran, and his mother Rosa, a native of Germany. After graduating from Rancocas Valley Regional High School he left home to attend college in Columbus,Ohio.

He spent many years in the QSR Industry. He was a friend, mentor, and father figure to many of his co-workers. He encouraged them to be the best they could be. He retired and spent his days with his many friends and family. He and his wife were avid motorcycle enthusiasts logging many miles together.

He is survived by his children Angela (Wayne) Keller of Blacklick, Michele (Marcellus) Smith of Canal Winchester, and Robert Jr. of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren, Lake Keller, Marcellus Smith Jr, Lane Keller, Thomas Smith, Logan Keller, Alayna Smith, and Robert Thomas the third.
